Marketing Analyst

Job Summary

We are expanding our marketing capabilities to support our Americas Commercial Leadership team and meet the demands of a rapidly growing business. As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping data‑driven marketing strategy—gathering market intelligence, supporting pricing and commercial initiatives, managing CRM insights, and elevating our digital and brand presence across all business units.

This newly upgraded position offers the opportunity to work directly with senior leaders and collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and cross‑functional teams. You’ll help drive strategic decision‑making, strengthen our marketing infrastructure, and contribute to high‑visibility initiatives that support long‑term growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to uncover trends, competitive activity, customer behavior, and emerging opportunities; translate findings into actionable insights for leadership.

  • Support pricing strategy by preparing financial analyses, developing price recommendations, and evaluating RFQs and bids.

  • Assist with price adjustment activities, including updates to business unit price lists and related customer communications.

  • Take a leading administrative and analytical role with CRM tools—maintaining data integrity, streamlining workflows, generating reports, and enhancing customer‑facing efficiency.

  • Support trade show planning and execution, including logistics, promotional activities, lead capture, and post‑show follow‑up using CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and other departments to develop content for social media, digital channels, and marketing campaigns.

  • Lead marketing campaigns from concept through execution, including audience identification, content creation, outreach coordination, and lead follow‑up.

  • Review inbound inquiries to qualify leads and route opportunities to the appropriate sales personnel.

  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, sales tools, literature, presentations, and webinars.

  • Maintain strong communication and cooperation across departments to support efficient sales and marketing processes.

  • Participate in special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis) and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

  • Experience in market research, data analysis, or marketing support preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Professional, collaborative working style with strong follow‑through and a solutions‑focused mindset.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows or team meetings.
