Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand technical needs and recommend appropriate products, formulations, or services.
Collaborate with senior sales and technical service teams to develop proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Support new business development through lead qualification, outreach, and follow-up.
Communicate scientific concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, bridging lab insights with commercial applications.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and technical feedback using CRM tools.
Participate in product training, market research, and cross-functional meetings to strengthen technical and commercial acumen.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
0–3 years of laboratory or technical experience; internship or co-op experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an interest in customer engagement.
Analytical mindset with curiosity about how science drives business decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or data management systems.
