Join our dynamic scientific team and play a key role in advancing antimicrobial product innovation while engaging directly with customers. The Technical Specialist role is well-suited for entry to junior-level Microbiologists or Product Developers who are interested in applying their technical expertise in a commercial setting. Recent graduates with significant hands-on laboratory experience in microbiology or formulation are encouraged to apply.

This position begins with a strong laboratory foundation and progressively evolves into a customer-facing role, offering a clear pathway toward technical sales and commercial leadership as expertise is gained. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced scientists and commercial professionals to support customer inquiries, contribute to product development, and gain exposure to real-world applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical customer inquiries and provide product support

• Collaborate with internal teams to address microbial challenges and formulation needs

• Develop foundational skills for future growth in technical sales and customer engagement

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related scientific discipline

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant laboratory experience (academic or industry)

• Familiarity with aseptic technique and basic formulation principles

• Strong rapport building, organizational, time-management skills and communication skills (verbal and written)

• Drive to pursue a commercial role supporting customer-facing activities, business development and technical problem-solving
