Responsibilities

  • Respond to technical customer inquiries and translate scientific information into practical solutions

  • Support and grow existing accounts through phone and email outreach

  • Manage inbound requests (product information, samples, literature)

  • Collaborate with scientists on product development and testing

  • Conduct surveys to support sales and marketing initiatives

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related field

  • 2–5 years of industrial or consumer products industry experience preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional, respectful communication style and a positive, solutions‑focused mindset

  • Ability to work collaboratively, take direction, and follow through reliably

  • Curiosity about how science connects to customer needs and commercial strategy
