Responsibilities will include

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of raw materials, from initial product development (in strong collaboration with R&D) to market introduction and eventual phase-out

• Drive product positioning and go-to-market strategy working closely with Global Sales to ensure alignment with business objectives

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and regulatory constraints to identify portfolio gaps and opportunities; deliver insights regularly to sales and leadership teams.

• Support sales enablement and product communication by maintaining value proposition databases, developing training tools with Marketing.

Process Control Engineer

This primarily remote role will have responsibility for control systems hardware, system networks and cybersecurity. Responsibilities will include

• Work closely with Operations, Process Developers and Programmers to develop requirements for sequence code programs and PLC/SIS systems

• Lead/Support Process Control Modernization Projects, PLC & SIS troubleshooting, and HAZOP reviews
