This newly created role will be a hybrid 50% operations, 50% strategy reporting to the global business unit leaders.

Responsibilities will include

• Ensure promotion strategy aligns with long-term vision and corporate strategic goals

• Create and Implement Product Line Strategy, lead the new product and product line rationalization efforts in Americas markets

• Lead competitive analysis, pricing strategies and new market development in the Americas

• Lead regional meetings and participate in relevant regulatory meeting

We’re seeking an experienced Microbiologist with the desire to follow a career path toward customer facing technical sales.  A successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge and experience conducting microbial challenges, stability testing, plant hygiene surveys, method development and troubleshooting.  This role is available to backfill a promoted team-member.  A successful candidate will have a fast promotion track toward a customer facing technical sales role.  Targeted skills include:

Production Lab Technician

The Production Lab Technician will be responsible for large-scale reagent and standards preparation to support commercial laboratory operations. This full time M-F role require great attention to detail, ability to adhere to safety protocols and maintain excellent documentation

Compensation $20-25/hour M-F day shift

Process Control Engineer

This primarily remote role will have responsibility for control systems hardware, system networks and cybersecurity. Responsibilities will include

• Work closely with Operations, Process Developers and Programmers to develop requirements for sequence code programs and PLC/SIS systems

• Lead/Support Process Control Modernization Projects, PLC & SIS troubleshooting, and HAZOP reviews

Synthetic Organic Chemist

This Research Scientist role will be joining a well tenured team to plan, execute and optimize large scale multi-step small molecule syntheses.

• PhD Organic Chemistry, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with significant experience planning and executing multi-step synthetic routes.

  $125K+ (commensurate with experience)

Pesticide Registration Expert (REMOTE)

We’re looking for a well experienced individuals to join a growing team.

• Minimum 5+ years of prior global registration experience.

• Expert knowledge of laws, regulations and guidelines for domestic and international pesticide registrations and post-registration obligations.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Chemistry, Biology, Entomology, or a related field).
